Where is my order?
Check your email inbox for your shipment tracking number, or log into your FRSR account and click on your order.
I was wrong with shipment address, what i should do?
Shit happens. But no worries, email us to help@frsr.com to notice about your problem and get help.
How long does it take for my order to ship out and be delivered?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays withing 1-2 bussiness days.
We ship with ROYAL MAIL from warehouse in UK.
Stardart option of delivery ordinary takes 2-5 bussiness days.
How do I place a return or exchange?
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 14 days from the date of arrival.

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed
We're sorry, but we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.
How do I use promo codes?
If you have an active promo code, simply enter it at checkout.
I got my order and something's wrong, what do I do?
If you've received your order and it’s damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within five days of receipt. Sending us photos and your order number will be super helpful! Email us at help@frsr.com and our customer service will get back to you asap.
